I have the Eden Cool+ Cut-Out. I love how comfortable it is after many changes of paddin but I do not feel any cooling effect. The pillow cover is SLICK so no pillowcase will stay on it, none fit it correctly, & I slide off of it. So, I am in love/hate.

I’m liking it!

I sleep on my side exclusively and my old pillow wasn’t as supportive as it used to be. I had to sleep on my arm under the pillow, which was beginning to maybe contribute to some shoulder issues. So I tried this pillow on a friend’s recommendation. I needed all the filling added, but that plumped it up to just the right level. I give it a good fluff to be sure the filing hasn’t settled out of the center and too much toward the ends, then tuck it in around behind my back, kind of at an angle. That seems to be the most comfortable. I like the cutout for that reason. I can be a little more surrounded by the pillow. It absolutely does stay cooler than my old memory foam pillow, but I can still get hot. Then again, I’m at that age and stage when it’s just going to happen. The feel-cool surface pillow case really does feel cool, but I don’t particularly like to sleep directly on it. Just personal preference. Adding my own pillow case over the top does inhibit some of that surface feeling, but it’s not a bother to me. On the whole, I’m really pleased with the purchase and recommend it myself.

Disappointing

After waiting over 3 weeks for the pillow and case that was supposed to arrive in 2 or 3 days, I called and canceled the order.

Needs a pillowcase to be built specifically for it.

Love the pillow, however it is difficult to find a pillowcase that will stay on. That puts a damper (and a bit of frustration) on the middle of the night irksome pillow management.
